Draft a ten-member crew one pirate at a time. Seven slots are specialists — Captain, First Mate, Swordsman, Sniper, Navigator, Doctor, and Shipwright — and three are flexible Fighter slots that accept any true combatant. Your Crew Rating rewards more than raw power: you earn bonuses for stacking crewmates from the same faction and a big bonus for pairing a Captain and First Mate from the same crew. A strategy-and-luck attribute game. Spin for individual legends — weighted by rarity, from Common all the way up to ultra-rare Mythical — and assign each one to a single attribute, keeping that character's value for it. Fill all ten attributes to reveal your Pirate King Score out of 1000. A flawless 1000 is astronomically rare by design, so even a perfect strategist needs extraordinary luck.
The best builds are about synergy, not just star power. Two crews with identical raw strength can finish hundreds of points apart depending on how well their members fit together.
