Every "Wanted" card in Grand Line Spin shows a bounty and a power tier, and Build the Pirate King layers rarity on top. Here's what those numbers mean and how to use them.
Power tiers
Behind every character is a power value, and the game groups those values into named tiers so you can size up a recruit at a glance. From bottom to top they run roughly: Civilian, Rookie, Fighter, Elite, Commander, Admiral, Yonko, and Legend. A tier stamp on a card is a quick read on how much raw power that pick adds to your crew.
Use tiers as a shortcut, but remember they aren't the whole story. A "Commander"-tier navigator can be worth more to your final score than an "Admiral"-tier fighter, simply because strong navigators are scarce and Fighter slots are easy to fill. Value is always relative to the slot you need.
Bounties
Bounties on the cards reflect canon figures where they're known, shown era-accurately โ a character is listed with the bounty that fits the point in the story they're drawn from. Characters without a public bounty instead show an affiliation label (Marine, World Gov., Revolutionary, and so on), and a few have no bounty at all.
Bounties are shown for flavor and for the combined "crew bounty" total on your results screen โ they make your crew feel like a real wanted poster wall. Your rating, though, is driven by power and synergy, not by the berry total. Don't chase big bounties at the expense of synergy.
Rarity in Build the Pirate King
The Pirate King mode adds a rarity system to every spin. Characters fall into six rarities, each far scarcer than the last:
| Rarity | Roughly how often it lands |
|---|---|
| Common | Very frequent |
| Uncommon | Frequent |
| Rare | Occasional |
| Epic | Uncommon |
| Legendary | Rare |
| Mythical | Extremely rare |
The best attribute values live on the highest rarities, so landing a Mythical is a genuine event. Because each character can only be used once and you assign every legend permanently, you can't simply wait out the odds โ you have to make the most of who you land.
Why a perfect 1000 is so rare
Your Pirate King Score is the sum of your ten chosen attribute values, so a perfect 1000 means a 100 in every attribute. The catch: each attribute's only 100 belongs to a different top-rarity character. Reaching 1000 would mean landing ten specific legends and assigning each to exactly the right attribute, all within a single run's spins. That's astronomically unlikely โ which is exactly why the Pirate King tier is the rarest thing in the game. Most great runs land in the Supernova-to-Yonko range; cracking Emperor is a real achievement, and anything above it is the stuff of legend.
